GMSI’s corporate messaging platform will incorporate Talkway’s technology to offer audio/video eMail to clients

OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS and FREMONT, CALIFORNIA (April 10, 2001) – Global Messaging Solutions, Inc. (GMSI), a leading corporate eMail outsourcing service provider, and Talkway

Communications, a leading multimedia content delivery service provider, today announced an agreement for Talkway to integrate its enterprise audio/video streaming technology and service with GMSI’s corporate eMail platform.

This new partnership offers an innovative eMail platform that integrates rich audio/video messaging capabilities. The combined communication technologies from Talkway and GMSI will enable business professionals to create, send and receive video eMail without the burden of having to download any player software.

Another competitive advantage of Talkway’s technology is the ability to work behind most corporate firewalls, easing the demand on corporate IT infrastructure. Talkway’s technology ensures that business-to-business video messaging is accessible for internal and external communications resulting in the highest quality streaming regardless of the connection speed.
