Premier California-based collaborative software developer selects GMSI as a strategic partner

 OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS (July 14, 2000)-- Global Messaging Solutions, Inc. (GMSI), today announced a strategic partnership with OfficeTool.com, Inc., a global collaborative business Application Service Provider (ASP).   Under terms of the agreement, GMSI will provide OfficeTool.com, Inc. (OfficeTool), as well as their clients and partners in Europe and the U.S., back-end messaging services using GMSI’s advanced corporate messaging system.

The initial phase of this agreement provides OfficeTool with several hundred thousand eMail accounts.  Future plans call for the number of user accounts to reach into the millions.

This agreement will allow OfficeTool to offer a very powerful and essential application to implement within their Internet-based and wireless-enabled services.  It also will allow OfficeTool to focus on developing its business and let GMSI host and manage the eMail services. By outsourcing this critical application to GMSI, OfficeTool will be able to offer their customers and partners a much more robust and feature-rich messaging system.
